As the only authorized organization for periodic vehicle inspection in Turkey, we aim to contribute to traffic and vehicle safety with our services conducted to international standards. In this context, Anadolu Vehicle Inspection Stations Inc. has established two inspection stations in Ordu city center and Ordu Fatsa district in cooperation with TÜVTÜRK. All areas of activity of Anadolu Vehicle are regulated by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and its operations are carried out under the supervision of the same Ministry. Anadolu Vehicle is also audited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK), a public authority, in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard and is accredited according to this standard. Accreditation is a quality infrastructure established to support the reliability and validity of the work carried out by conformity assessment bodies and the conformity certificates they issue as a result of these studies.
TS EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 is the fundamental standard for inspection bodies and defines the rules regarding the independence, impartiality, integrity and technical competence of the inspection body.
In our accreditation audits, many important processes are evaluated such as risk processes, proficiency testing, personnel competence tests, assurance of impartiality and confidentiality, maintenance and calibration processes of instruments, technical knowledge, training and experience of personnel, customer complaints, proper documentation and secure archiving of inspection documents and other records, and occupational safety.
It is an organization that has A-type TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation in the field of vehicle inspection in Turkey. The A-type independence requirement necessitates being completely independent from the parties involved in the relevant inspection processes.
